Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) greeting patients, scheduling, checking in, checking out, keeping patient forms up to date, and more! We love to build relationships with our patients, and it is important for our new team member to be very personable and truly care about our patients.

Our new team member must be reliable.
We all work together for the good of the patient and our practice.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must.
Attention to detail is a must.
Qualified Applicants will:
1.
Have at least one year experience at the dental front desk scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, maintaining documents and charts.
2.
Have a proactive attitude and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
3.
Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously by prioritizing and tracking.
4.
Be a TEAM player who supports their team members, contributes to a positive and professional working environment, and motivated to learn new skills Dentrix experience is a plus! Benefits include:
